In a world where fear is being put out for the masses to catch ahold of I am here to tell you that you don’t have to grab on to the darkness. You can actually look for and find the light in all situations.

I have been thinking of writing this post for the last couple of weeks ever since someone bought my iced tea in the Starbucks drive through. It put a huge smile on my face and the feeling lasted for quite some time. I have had this happen before and I had the same response. I have even been the giver many times before and this gave me as much joy as being the receiver.
Are you going with the flow of life? Or do things seem like they are not happening fast enough. Do you want something specific to happen in your life and it doesn’t seem to be working so you keep trying different ways to make it happen. When this happens are we trying to force something that isn’t meant to happen either at this moment or ever to be? Maybe we don’t know at this time what is meant for us or maybe it is time for a rest.
Anyone that knows me knows that I am all about working together as a team. That we are all in this together and where one falls we all fall.
I wanted to write a post that would let you know how much you are loved and how much you can shine brightly in this world we live in. I don’t think you give yourself enough credit so I am going to help give you a boost.
I have the belief that we cannot grow alone but together we can. We need each other to do this. I don’t mean just in our work or relationship areas of life but in all areas of life and yes I mean all of us.
Did you know that when there is stress it is usually carried in our bodies somewhere? Not only that but it can create health issues and sometimes these issues can play a role in how we function daily in our lives. These issues can wreak havoc in our minds and our bodies if we let it or we can find ways to release the stress and incorporate these into our daily practice so we can live much more balanced lives.
I say Always be you. How many times have you changed who you are to please others? How many times did you give up things in your life because others didn’t want that for you? How many times have you not stepped forward or not done something of benefit to you because of what others might think or because they might get mad at you? I am here to tell you to be you.
