Reiki can also be done from a distance and from anywhere. You do not have to be in the same room to benefit from Reiki. You will get the same results from where ever you are.

Chakras are energy centers in the body. There are seven major Chakras. These energy centers when blocked or unbalanced obstruct the flow of energy through our bodies. This then has an effect on our emotional, mental, and physical well being. We can feel unbalanced. When kept in balance we will feel much more balance in all areas of our lives.
