I was having one of those unplugged moments. You know the ones where you decide to unplug from all devices and just be with the world.
How many times have you heard someone say, “I will be happy when I get that job or house or dress or my spouse retires or whatever the condition”? This happens quite a bit in life and with many of us.
We all look to live a happy life. Some want a life full of peace, joy, and love. We all wish to be confident, balanced, and fulfilled in our lives. We want purposeful and abundant lives.
Did you know that when there is stress it is usually carried in our bodies somewhere? Not only that but it can create health issues and sometimes these issues can play a role in how we function daily in our lives.These issues can wreak havoc in our minds and our bodies if we let it or we can find ways to release the stress and incorporate these into our daily practice so we can live much more balanced lives.
I say Always be you. How many times have you changed who you are to please others? How many times did you give up things in your life because others didn’t want that for you? How many times have you not stepped forward or not done something of benefit to you because of what others might think or because they might get mad at you? I am here to tell you to be you.
